Recently, Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill was asked by District 51 Representative Beryl Amedee (R-Houma) to render a legal opinion regarding the interpretation of the term "access" as it is used in LA R.S. 25:225 (formerly Act 436, passed in 2023).
